You'll have a defined design that can be used to price and build your project. If you need remodeling services, I can also connect you with contractors I work with and trust.

ELEVATIONS & DESIGN DRAWINGS
Detailed drawings communicate the important dimensions, relationships and design intent to your cabinet supplier, contractor and other trades.
ELECTRICAL & LIGHTING PLANNING
We'll consider lighting, switches, outlets, appliances and other electrical requirements as part of the overall design rather than treating them as an afterthought.

DESIGN SERVICES
Every project is different. These starting packages provide a baseline based on the size and scope of your project. Final design fees are determined by the spaces involved, project complexity, and the level of design services you need.
SINGLE SPACE DESIGN
Starting at $2,000
Ideal for a focused kitchen or bathroom project.
Designed for:
• One kitchen
• One primary bathroom
• Or a combination of up to three smaller bathrooms totaling less than 200 sq. ft.
Your design can include space planning, cabinetry design, floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, material and finish guidance, appliance planning, and the drawings needed to clearly communicate the design.
MULTI-SPACE DESIGN
Starting at $3,500
For larger remodels involving multiple spaces that need to work together.
Designed for:
• A kitchen and primary bathroom
• Multiple bathrooms or living spaces
• Or a combination of spaces totaling less than 500 sq. ft.
We'll develop a coordinated design across the project, helping you make decisions about layout, cabinetry, materials, fixtures, appliances and other elements as one cohesive plan.
WHOLE-HOME DESIGN
Starting at $5,000
For substantial renovations where design decisions extend throughout the home.
Designed for:
• Whole-home remodels
• Multiple kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces
• Projects encompassing up to approximately 2,500 sq. ft.
Kitchen Boss helps establish a consistent design direction throughout the home while developing the plans, selections and details needed to move the project toward construction.
